HTA provides a complete concept to component service for sheet metal fabrication including design, manufacture, paint, print, assembly, delivery and support.
 
HTA's fabricators and welders are qualified and equipped to weld all ferrous and non-ferrous materials, located in dedicated fabrication bays with MIG & TIG facilities. These materials include mild and stainless steel, aluminium and many exotic alloys. All our welders are trained to the highest standards with continual re-assessment to ensure these standards are consistently achieved.
 
HTA are accredited by Zurich Laboratory Services and hold UKAS approved Welding Procedure Approvals to BS EN ISO 15614-1 2004 and Welder Approvals to BS EN 287-1 2004
 
We utilise specialist prototype tables eliminating the need for fixtures in order to minimise production time on small to medium batches.

 
HTA offer a full range of finishing processes including Powder Coating, Wet Painting, Blasting, Plating, Galvanizing, Pickle and Passivation and Laser Marking.

We also offer a variety of additional services such as Deburring and Graining, Sawing, Inserting, Stud welding, NDT and PMI Testing and Heat Treatment.
